That's a good question, I can't seem to find any video on youtube where this gif could have possibility came from.

My guess is this was a performance from around 5 months ago, around the time of the Bazooka Rocks 2013 Festival. That is when Jenna's hair style is done up like that but it is not from Bazooka Rocks 2013.

I'll search more later, if I find anything I will post it.
